6021 x6 and tt nav 2 problems

Helo ive recently had to reinstall tom tom 2 due to my ipaq losing all power and wiping the memory!

But i cant seem to pick up any sats im using the nmea 4800 and rikaline___CF_HS_GPS, got all the correct boxes ticked and its searching for sats, the light is on , on the gps receiver, but its not picking up any sats .. Its getting annoying now because i cant use my navigation and i need it sometimes.

Anyone got any advice for me please ?

I had the same problem after I dropped my 2210 it wiped everything. Try using Ambicom GPS-CF in the top box and keep Rikaline_CF_HS_GPS in the bottom box. It took ages ( about 30-45 mins) for the thing to initially pick up the sats but once it did it worked ok.
