Traffic expiry won't update

I've renewed my subscription after the trial period and my PPC won't update. I've Tried to reset the account on TomToms website (Which oddly indicates my subscription is updated) reloaded new software, put old software in and then upgraded. Can't think of anything else and TT are next to useless in helping out - albeit 49 Euros better off!

Can anyone help, is there a file or setting on my PPC that can be reset?

AFAIK it's important that you are running TTN 3.07T and not 3.04T. Also, I made a mistake of ordering a Traffic renewal using a differnt email address to the original TTN registration, which caused no end of problems.

Alternativly, it's sometimes a pain to get through, but their phone support on
0845 1610009 isn't bad. I've found that you often get told 'all lines are busy, please call back', but if you keep redialling you eventually get in the queue. At least its not 0870! Twice I've had a problem, and they've reset something whilst i've been on the line.

Thanks - I am running 3.07T. I eventually got a response from them. Apparently the trial has to expire before updating. So we'll see on Friday (Let's hope it's a Good Friday!!)
