My problem is not specific to the XDA IIi, I've expereinced with the M1000 & XDA II.
When I connect my XDA to the TomTom power/gps connector, TT works perfectly no problems at all. But... for some unkown reason there appears to be a conflict with the GPRS connection that then failes to connect and therefore no traffic upadates. The only way of resolving the problem is to do a soft reset, or switch flight mode on and off.
This doesn't happen all the time, I'm trying to establish if it is related to the power being swithed on, either the car or XDA when connecting. I did think it could be Active sync starting by mistake, and have disbaled this.
Any ideas ?

Can you confirm if this is your third XDA due to this problem, or general problems?
The reason for asking is that I've had three XDA model's M1000, XDA II & now the XDA IIi and I have experienced similar problems with them all. |
