Is there a lot of difference between the camera database here or the one at POIPlace? Is one more complete than the other, for example?

what GPS software do you have?
TomTom offer there own database and so do many other companies but the one provided by this web site is fine for me.

The one from this site is just great, it will auto update as well if you want it to. I use the speed zoned option, combined with a voice file from Ray Flannagan's site so each camera type gets a specific audio warning - Mike

I agree with Mike - that is exactly what I do. Everytime I dock my PDA it checks for the latest camera updates (using POIedit's Automanager).
