I have downloaded the pocketgps_gatso_uk, do I have to also download
the pocketgps_gatso_20, 30, 40 etc and is it the same for the mobiles and what are these numbers

You don't have to use both sets. You use only the single Gatso file in the root folder, or the speed maked files in the zoned folder.
