Power cables

Just bought TTN3 and in the box was a "poster" showing the "car kit" and the "holder". I have seen the car kits for sale but does anyone know if it is possible to buy the "holder" power cable separately - it shows a lead from the cigar lighter which branches off to both the pda (rather than the holder itself as in the car kit) and a telephone type socket for the BT receiver cable supplied with the software & gps, to fit into.
I can't find the cable anywhere to buy and the only alternative seems to be a dedicated cigar ligher lead to the BT receiver - I have seen them on ebay but there's a danger of having so many cigar lighter plugs I'll need an extension lead!
