Need help! Not seeing maps!

Hi,

I have TomTom 3 and an IPaq 4150.

I left my IPaq uncharged for too long and the memory wiped. I didn't think that was supposed to happen anymore but hey ho.

So I have re-installed the TomTom software onto the Ipaq. I then installed the GB maps onto the storage card. But the Navigator program keeps telling me I need to install maps when I try to load it up.

Please help!

Look into this folder \Storage Card\Great_Britain Navigator Map I see that all the items are DAT files. This seems odd as I remember there being directories that I put the Traffic Camera POIs into?
