Voice guidance is too soft

Does anyone else think thats its not loud enough ? I have everything turned up full but I stiil have probs hearing her/

There are various sound packs available, including louder voices.

You can also manipulate the wav files yourself (increase the volume in SoundRecorder, for example) but you have to be careful not to distort it too much.

depending on what ppc you have the volume of the device may not be very loud

most recent ipaqs are very quiet - I use a powered car mount with a speaker in it - this may well be what you need.
