new installation of tomtom3?

hi everyone
sorry if my question sounds selly. I had tomtom2 installed on my dell axim5 PDA last year and then i recieved the free upgrade to tomtom3 which i did not bother installing until December 2004. Now i decided to change my PDA and my question is can i install tomtom3 on the new PDA or do i have to wait for 6 months after installing it on the old one...please help

Do you have anything to lose by trying it out?

By the way, all you need is the activation key - the software can be downloaded directly from the TomTom support site (TTN 3.07). For the TT GPS driver you may want to stick with the one you have.
