Help needed

I have ttn3 installed on a 2210 with tt wired gps and tt car kit have been using it with no problems for at least 8 months all of a sudden I have lost the red directional arrow off the 3d screen which tells you your next turn everything else seams ok including the voice instructions any ideas bonesy.

In the properties, Route section, make sure that the Route is set to "Dashed in Foreground"
