Hi,

Assuming you are using tomtom, select:

GPS: NMEA 4800
PORT: Rikaline_Corporation

Make sure you have the latest GPS engine from tomtom.

can you tell me if, after using the settings you've described, you fail to get a signal at all on the cf-6020 with tomtom3, what you should do. i've been told by the person i bought the device off, that i should tell the unit that "it is in the UK". how would i do this??
