I have downloaded the camera data base, unziped the files and put them in the Map directory in the PDA but nothing shows on the screen. I assume it's not that easy - so what do I do next?

Hello Biker9999,

What type and version of navigation program are you using?

In order to be able to use the Safety Camera POI's or even other categories of POI's you may need a program that over-lays them on your gps navigation software.

Have a look at this web site to see if there is a version for your navigation software.

http://www.navigating.de/Home_en/index.htm

For the Medion 95000 system have a look at this web site, as it may shown you how to install the software if you can find a version of POI-Waner for your system. [the installation maybe simular].

I cannot for sure say that the above will work as I do not have any experience of your Gps unit.

regards,

Thanks that's useful
I do not know which system it is as the whole lot is packaged as Medion, but in the meantime I had guessed that I would need more software and those links are really useful.

Thanks

Neil
