Sysonchip BT strange behaviour

Hi, i'm new in this forum and hope to have help from you! Thanks in advance.
I have a Sysonchip Bt with Mypal a620bt and tomtomt2
I've bought the sysonchip almost one year ago and it worked great for a month, when suddenly stopped working. I returned it to the reseller and after i gave a new one to me began the adventure... i try to explain better (sorry for my bad english, i'm from italy! )
I changed 4 sysonchip BT (!!!) and were working great only the first time, ora after a reset (i made the battery completely drain out)... when i changed from 2.08 to 3.03 the gps driver all seemed to work for almost a month, but when my palm got out of battery and had the necessity to use the back up, again the sysonchip stopped working properly (the back up was with tt2 and 3..03 working driver). The strange thing is that the Gps is not getting a fix for about 10-20 minuts (!!!!!) but then it works great. I tried also, when i stopped the car, to switch off only the Sysonchip without exiting the software (only turning off the pda) and after turning on again the gps it gets a fix immediatly!!! I'm really confused and don't know what to do... all seems to indicate that the problem is software (above all the last try) and i don't know what to do! Please, if you know how to solve the problem tell me!
