Help with safety camera database

Hey all

I'm using the US version of Copilot 5 with the UK maps and all is good apart from one thing. I imported the safety camera database correctly but even though on map iew (desktop version) I have custom pois checked when I go to manage and zoom in on one of the gatsos I see no image (pin point) that shows me where it is. What am I doing wrong ?
