Looking for some suggestions

Looking for a GPS solution to help with driver training/route optimization
for a small pickup/delivery business. I'd like to design the route on a PC
using address info from my customer database, then download it to either a dedicated GPS unit or a pda....but I'm not opposed to doing the routing on
the GPS or PDA. A typical day is 100-150 "stops". Any suggestions for
hardware and software solutions will be greatly appreciated.

From my research, mostly web....that seems to be the one that will more or less do what I need. Any familiarity with the DeLorme software for PDA?

oh yes. Don't go there. They do excellent topo stuff but their street navigation software is rather on the trailing edge.
