I have ipaq 2210, Globalsat bc-307 and tomtom 2 (ver 2,24 and gps 2,08)

Currently im using GNS GPSCARD CF2 driver. Is there one that will work better?.

I wanna know if there is a difference if i use another driver or if it is "if it work it works"?

Personally I would use the NMEA driver, it's not optimised, but in most cases that can be an advantage.

What happens is that TomTom don't always have the hardware to test, so they go on specs and will setup a driver for a GPS Receiver and set what they think is correct. This can sometimes make the card operate badly by thinking it should operate like another card. The NMEA drivers are untouched and raw, so I always find that it's best to use these where possible. The only exception I would say would be for the TomTom Navigator driver where this works with LeadTek's very well, and also the Emtac Wireless GPS which works well for all Bluetooth GPS Receivers.

Where would I get the NMEA driver? For a SD-510?

Thanks
