I have just recently purchased a Mio 168 with MioMap software. All seems to be well except that when I attempt to use (Outlook) Contacts as a method of fixing a destination I get an error message as follows.

When I select Destinate > Contacts > Info > Addresses the correct address appears on my screen but with the comment ",does not match the current map."

Also the Tools/Show/Navigate menu's are not available.

I use Outlook 2003 on my PC and the UK map was pre-loaded on a 256 SD card.

When I enter via the Destinate > Address option everything appears OK.

I have tried sending an email to miotech but as yet have had no response.

Could anyone advise please.
