PC Software installation

Is any one else having problems installing the pc part of co-pilot??
Every time I get to the end of the install I get an error message saying the wizard was interrupted. The ALK support people seem to be ignoring my e-mails . The actual phone part works great on my C500 :D

I didn't have any problem installing the PC version. When it comes to contacting tech support you could try ringing them on 020 7404 4222, I've found them to be very helpful. Email support at ALK does seem to be as big a blackhole as TomTom, even after I was given a named email address I still get zero response from them.
