Dconnex 230 - Toshiba E800 - Destinator 3 problem !!!!!!

Hello guys! Does anyone know if there is a compatibility problem between the Destinator 3 and the Toshiba E800 PPC when using a Bluetooth GPS (Dconnex 230) ? The program works well as standalone but it can not find the GPS ! My BT GPS connects normally with my Toshiba E800 (the GPS driver works just fine and connects on COM6) but the Destinator 3 can not find the GPS in any port ! I have seen the Destinator 3 with some iPAQS models with the same GPS and it worked fine ! The problem has something to do with the Destinator 3 and the Toshiba E800. For your information I'm using Windows 2003 SE in the E800.I must also tell you that the other GPS driving programs (such as Route66) can find my GPS and work just fine !
Is there something I must do ? Please help me with my problem because I want so badly to use the Destinator 3 with my E800 and BT GPS...

your combination is offered on the web as a bundle, so one would assume it has been tested as working. You can try and ask destinator support if they have seen that before. What version of Destinator 3 is it?
