tom tom mobile mapping

I have purchased tom tom mobile for the SPV e 200 and im very happy with how it works for me but i d o have 2 questions thats id like to ask

1. Bearing in mind the map structure on the supplied card..will tom tom or the suppliers of the data offer updates to the mapping system to account for new roads new builds etc. Just wondered how that will happen

2. when using poi's and u have a lot of Poi's say for example speed cameras can u store them on the card in the GB map folder in directories so they still can be seen/ When i create a folder on the card within the map folder it does not show as a POI can this be down to a folder association. is it possible?

With the pocket pc version, updated maps are available together with the updated version of the software. This happens roughly every 12 months for an upgrade fee, which this year was about £30. I would presume that the other platforms would adopt a similar policy.

AFAIK, the POI files have to be directly in the map folder to be usable.
