Which CF card gives you a better performance on iPaq 2210 - Type I or Type II?

TYpe I or II is not relevant. THe difference is the thickness of the card. Type I are thinner and not every CF adapter can take type II cards.

Regarding the speed of cards: I use TTnav 3 on my 2210 with a 512mb standard Sandisk CF card and I think the speed is ok.

The iPAQ 2210 will take both types of CF card

Type II are only really for deeper cards like IBM MicroDrives, or other types of MicroDrives. Most CF cards are Type I still (AFAIK). No performance increases (AFAIK) between Type I and Type II.
