TomTom 2 Contacts look up problem

I have TomTom 2.24


When I tap and hold on a contact in my PocketPC contacts and select either:

Show TomTom Map
or
Navigate To

I get the following error:

Cannot run menu add-in


Any ideas why or how to fix it?

What operating system do you have ? WM2003?

Yes 2003 on a iPaq 4155.

Who knows. Maybe the TomTom POOM plugin doesn't work under 2003?
