When I start tomtom the only thing that heppens is that the gps window starts abd take a gps signal from the fortuna clip-on. the tomtom windows dies after just a few sec. The windos haveät even loaded. Just in the "start tray menu" (or what it's called). WHY???? _________________ Ipaq 2210 (rom 1.10)

However, I've no idea what the difference is between starting TTN from the Today screen and from the map file to explain why one works and one doesn't. |

Forgive me, all you advanced or experienced users, if this is stating the obvious, but have you checked that there aren't other programs running in the background - using memory? Remember that the iPaq doesn't close a program when you click on the X. |

Just a thought is the TT nav program loaded in your Ipaq memory and the maps on your CF card as it should be, or is the complete apllication on your CF card ? |

Thanks Swing, I tried it and the Icon for Great_Britain in the GB folder started TT.
If I were you JLW, I would remove and reload it. |
