Just before Christmas I bought a new Rikaline Sirf Star II receiver form a company called GPS For Less for £49.99 plus delivery. If you need a connection cable this will be extra.

I didn't need the cable as I use the receiver with an active Brodit mount with a PS2 din connector ,so the original rikaline cable plugs directly into the brodit cable connector. This has so far proved to be an excellent set up - the Brodit mount is hard wired into the car power and so charges my iPAQ once it is slid into the cradle and at the same time the mount continuously powers the receiver - this means the receiver always has a fix so as soon as I put the iPAQ into the mount and open TomTom Navigator 2 it's up and running.

The receiver has always had a fix and is mounted on the top of the dash.
