Speed indication on Nav 3

I am new to TomTom Navigator 3, in many of the screen clips I have seen they show the speed limit of the road, this would be very usefull, can someone tell me how to get the overlay, or how to tur that feature on

See the POI-Sync link on the left hand side

Note that this does not mean that TomTom displays the speed limit for the street (it doesn't). What you see are POIs that were compiled by users to identify speed cameras.
