Mods, any chance of making this topic a sticky. I think we had it for TT2 and it would be usefull to have the same for TT3.

It may also be worth creating a central POI file with these errors in. I have started to create some on my TT and have them detected by GPSAssist, so that I am alerted of them when approaching and can plan around them using the map screen and avoids etc.

What do people think of this idea.

Nice idea but unrealistic. TomTom don't help. Submit your findings directly to TeleAtlas.

Do you not think that it would be a good idea for users to share the errors found. This would be handy if travelling to an unfamiliar area and would give a heads-up on any errors you could expect to find.

Surely it's worth giving a go. If enough people are interested and could send details of the errors to me, I would be willing to try to compile and ammend the POI file myself.

I would have thought making this topic a sticky would be a great start point.

Anyone agree, or am I on my own on this one? Out of here

We are almost at a page of stickies. I would vote on getting rid of a few old ones before we add more Rolling Eyes

I think a POI file of map errors would be useful, especially as TTN3 gives some odd directions when you go off-piste. A warning of approaching map "iffiness" would be nice.

Do you know how we can do this?

I found quite a bad error near where I live, asking me to turn onto the North Circular....which was about 15m below me Rolling Eyes

So what do we do about all the "Keep Left"s when it really means "Keep Right" and vice-versa? Is this a continential thing? Confused

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned much, or did I miss the topic?
