Postcode question

Hi all,

Newbie here Smile

I am a wedding photographer and often only have a postcode to go on, for instance tomorrows wedding it at GU31 5RQ no road name because its a hotel in an old barn,

how would I best plan that in please ?

Have you updated your TT Go to version 4.40? If you haven't then you need to.

You will then need to download the post code POI file from this site and then transfer those files into the correct folder.

If you are stuck there are plenty of threads on this site on how to install thses files.

If this is a one-off and you're not likely to want full postcodes much in the future (and to avoid the faff of hacking them in) you could go to www.streetmap.co.uk and have it find the location based on the postcode. Take a note of where it is, then use Browse Map to find the same spot on your TTG map then have it plan a route to that spot you selected on the Browse map screen (and maybe add it as a favourite until you don't need it anymore)
