Where can I get a previous version ie not v3.2

Hi

Im currently running v 3.2 and it all works very well for me but I've just notice a post that said the update files from this version don't get used to update the camera database. As I use the database I'd like to do my bit to keep it up to date but don't know where I can get a previous version.

Just out of interest what is the problem with the update files from this version
