Latest v1015 maps now online 30/08/2018

Just received a new refurbished Go Live 1005 and installed the new map and all other updates, gps fix etc. Now I also have a card to activate Lifetime maps but since very early this morning am unable to access TomTom servers. Keep saying all severs are busy, try again later. Is this likely for 5/6 hours solid?

They don't work weekends (that's why they always release new maps and software etc on Fridays) so if their servers are going slow (as they always do when they release new maps etc) they don't have to sit answering the phone all weekend instead of going out for beers and stuff.

Keep trying tomorrow when the rest of the world's TT users are all at church.

Hah! Turns out their servers were not busy. After trying numerous times over the weekend (Day and night) and yesterday and today I tried something different. I put caps lock on the computer and tried again; voila, sorted itself first time. So the code is case sensitive. I'll hopefully remember this next time.
