TomTom XL stuck on start up

Can anyone help me with this problem, got a Tomtom XL that will only go as far as TomTom logo.
Added it to my TomTom account but updates no longer available. Does anyone know of any links to replace the navcore?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Not sure if its of any value, I still have several windows backups for my old XL30. Last one is version 940 approx 1.5GB

No answer to my question, but if you have the information needed you should find the correct official navcore link on this site .

Sorry been busy, I do have a life outside of the internet.
gpsurl wasn't much help as it only listed navcores, no actual links.
I managed to sort it with a navcore I found on a different website
