Hi,
I don't know if this is just happening to me or if any one else is having the same problems but here goes (you might want to get a cup of tea first).
I upgraded my GPS driver to V3.03 415/408
As it says below I decided to bite the bullet & installed my TTN3 - all went well I thought , well it did in map view anyway, I had left the Sat receiver in the car. When I tried out the TTN3 with the Sat receiver (sitting in the garden) I could not get any communication between the receiver & the satellites. I fiddled with all of the settings but nothing worked. I fiddled so much that I forgot what the last working settings were . Messed everything up, panicked and did a hard reset .
I reinstalled TTN3, upgraded to 3.03 (after about 4 attempts ), upgraded GPS to 3.03 and reinstalled my extra POIs. I did a couple of experimental armchair routes and everything was back to normal .
Sorry for such a long background but getting to my point. I have tried to navigate to various specific POIs and the selection screen has changed.
Although, I am initially presented with the usual screen of 5 POIs & >More if I select "More" the next screen is different. In the list of POIs that shows, for the type I have selected, there is no "left to right" scroll bar and the names are only partially shown because up to 1/3 of the list is taken up with the distance from my present location. This wouldn't be so bad but if there is more than 1 of a POI in the same town then some times it is almost impossible to tell which one is which.
As well as the above problem, I can not tap on a POI in the selection list and have it placed in the "Name" section. It does not matter how many POIs I have tried, none of them can be picked by tapping.
Lastly, although my POIs list shows CheckPoint and pocketgps uk sc were copied over successfully and are both checked I do not have the ability to set or activate the warner add on because it does not appear in my drop down menu from the "Today" screen .
I am sorry if this seems like a long and rambling posting but any advice would be gratefully accepted.
All I want is that good old dependable reliability and ease of use that I had with TTN2 . _________________ iPAQ 1940, Pocket PC2003, BT TTN5

I've heard of this a few times and the only working resolution is a hard reset and re-install. Install TTN3 then the upgrade and all will be well. _________________ Darren Griffin
