Hi
I have just downloaded the app. No problem with the speed cameras but what I really want is to know what the speed limit is at all times and a warning if I go over it. It gives me my speed at the top left of my phone and warns of cameras but when I went deliberately over the limit to test it it said nothing, didn't change colour etc. Am I missing something? I've got the overspeed warning ticked. Also is there any way of sending changes of speed limit to the database (like you can for the cameras) as they are constantly changing the speed limits near me. |

CA does not do statutory road speed limits, it does cameras and their trap speeds. The road speed limits that satnav programs display are embedded in their map data. CA does not have access to the road speed limit data so cannot display it.
CA has access to the trap speed of the camera only, so if a camera is on a stretch of road that the speed limit has been changed, then please report the new camera trap speed of the camera to PGPSW.
If however, a road has its speed limit changed and there are no cams on the road, don't report the change to PGPSW, but do report it to the map makers. |

From what you're asking for you need to get a Garmin PND SatNav. That has an overspeed (annoying) bong bong bong bong, etc _________________ Satnav:
