Whilst tinkering, I managed to install one of the PGPSW POI sets for speed cameras onto my TT Go 40. It was a pointless exercise, as I can't see them on a map and can only navigate to them (like someone wants to take a day trip to a Gatso!!). This leads me to the issue. How the heck do I delete the POI set now ? There is no option on the menu of the device and there is no apparent option in Tom Tom My Drive. I did a search via Tom Tom's site and it says you can 'Manage Community Content' on My Drive. This feature must be well hidden, as I have spent hours this evening going round in circles and have achieved nothing. Any ideas ? _________________ Tommo...

It may not be the same on your GO 40, but if I connect my Via 135 to the computer and turn it on, then right click the MyDrive Connect icon in the task bar, one of the options is "Manage community content". Without the device connected this option doesn't appear.
Hopefully it will work this way for you and you'll be able to remove the relevant POIs. _________________ Anita

Manage Community Content is only available for Nav 3 devices, not a Nav 4 device such as your Go 40.
For yours: Menu--My Places--Edit list--Scroll down to the poi set you uploaded and delete. _________________ David |

Thanks David but that doesn't work. When I edit list, I can delete all the individual places I have added, but not the POI sets. There is no check box beside them, so as you can't select them, the delete box remains greyed out.
Thanks for your response though. And yours Anita. _________________ Tommo...

John,
Perfect. That worked a treat. Funny how it wouldn't work on my laptop with device attached, or on the device itself. I just went onto My Drive with my iPad and deleting worked. Cheers. _________________ Tommo...
