I ordered a complete set of Brodit Mount for my Laguna II on 4/6
This included IPAQ 22xx Cradle, IPOD Cradle, Mount and Move Mounts.
The first three items were recevied with in the week. But I was told that the Move mounts would be sent out a week later. I then phoned them on the Wednesday to ask if they'd been sent out. Was told they were going to be sent out that day. Didn't turn up. Left it about a week and got a email to say they'd charged my credit card for the mounts.
The move mounts turned up about a week later. But guess what there were three female connectors and no male. So I emailed them and was told that Brodit had sent out a faulty batch and the correct ones would be dispatched the following day.
It's now been 5 days and I'm still waiting. I wouldn't mind a reply to my 3 emails so far. I ordered the brodit stuff with over a three week delivery ahead of a very long trip to Moscow this week via several other stops.
Anybody else have this problem with Handnav and Brodit? |

Hi,
Thank you for your comment. It is very difficult check our records without your name or any other details. We had few Brodit Move Clips on order and due to issue with production, there was delay on these Clips. We finally received our order but found that Brodit has made mistake in packaging and have supplied all 3 female Clips instead of 2 female and 1 male Clip. We received our order in 2 batch and both these batches had the same Clips.
We are trying our best to resolve this issue. please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused. Please email your details to me on sales@handnav.co.uk and I will reply it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support.
Regards
