For the last few days, I've received this error message everytime I've tried to enter 'my account details'. As I've three accounts I do need to switch between them. Anybody else struggling? _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]

You're doing better than I am!! I can't even find somewhere that I can log in!
When I click n the MyTomTom link at the top of the page (just below the "No TomTom account yet?Create account" link) I now get offered "MYDRIVE" or "MYSPORTS". MyDrive is for the newer devices and MySports if for the sports watches. I've a 940 Live, where am I supposed to go? Is this an indication that TT with soon be withdrawing support for the older (and best) models?
Why can't TT produce a new model that does everything that the 940 does (POIs, Proximity Alerts, Itineraries, etc.) _________________ Jock

I had the same trouble, try logging in using the mydrive link and it tells you that your device is not supported but it does log you in. |

Try https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/utils/login_form/ and then select a tab at the top. The Link will work in IE, but it has to be copied and pasted into FF. Don't know why.
TT seems to have changed quite a lot of pages on their site, and a lot of the Links just don't work. _________________ Richard
