Probs classic Road Angel software Drivers...

Prob sound like a real dumbo. Have just bought a classic Road angel. Have registered, not quite 24hrs ago. But can not get the drivers to work, tryed device manager, but still no joy. Please point me in the right direction. Ta xMadcow :x

what exactly is the problem?
after the restart the road angel updater is in the tray next to the clock
just right click and select the com port and right click and select update while you are connected to the net.

I think the problem, could be I only registered it 22nd June. Have heard it can take as long as 3 day's to unlock. And when it is unlocked the unit will flash, activated. So I will just have to wait. Have emailed customer services, long time for reply.waiting game......Thanks clivers for interest in my thread.

you can't update it until its registered on the system. did you do it by electronic or post?
if remember mine took a couple of days
