I updated my 2460LMT to software v3.30. For me it is a total disaster. When I tried it out today I found that [1] there were no spoken driving instructions; [2] there were no distance to next turnings, just a vague 'continue to xxx road'; [3] no speed limits at all, which means no over-speed warnings, and no option to adjust speed limits; [4] screen sensitivity is haphazard; [5] occasional screen spinning. In addition, I followed the pink line, which took me off a major city ring road and onto a 20 mph road. Thank you very much, Garmin.
Does anyone know how I can revert to v3.20?
Update. Spoke to Garmin support and it seems that it is just my unit, which they offered to inspect. Recovered all functions by doing hard reset. _________________ Dabri.

As I started reading your post I thought 'needs to try a hard reset' and then found at the end you had and it's all fixed.
Bear in mind for the future that ideally you should do a hard reset after a software or map update. This is particularly important if, as in your case, your GPS doesn't appear to be working correctly |

Hope you don't mind, but I've edited the title of your post so it looks less like a warning about the software itself being faulty. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |
