Apart from the potential need to uninstall TomTom ~ GPS once to remove the TomTom Bluetooth driver (assuming TomTom GPS 2.08 or higher is installed), there's no other conflicts I can think of.

I had TT and Mapopolis running together happily. There were no problems that I found.

I have TomTom and CoPilot on the same PDA and both work without any problem (though I have never had them both running at the same time)
