My Garmin GTM10 Traffic receiver has stopped working, full signal, lifetime subscription of course, contacted Garmin several times today, got a new free subscription to try - no luck. They offered to "exchange it for me if I return it which sounded like a deal until my mate plugged his receiver into his Nuvi 660 to find his was not receiving anything either so I doubt that both in the same household are faulty at the same time.
My receiver is the Garmin StreetPilot 7200 which is all up to date and works perfectly.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problems or found a way to get it working that Garmin seem to have missed other than connecting it to a TA 33 Thunderbird Antenna at 200 feet.

Thanks Boyz & Girlz.

So if you'd followed their advice you would likely now be mid exchange with no unit and the service is restored.
