basically you are right, had a look on map but dont consider tesco and banks to give true representation of island
thought at least some of the national treasures would have been on
laxy wheel, island of refuse,house of keys,peel castle,sound,tynwald and not forgetting tt circuit points

By the way, you can get a free 1:25k scale recreational map of the Isle of Man. It's free to download on the Garmin.com/uk site, where you can also download, free of charge, their BaseCamp software to view the map with on the PC.
It's really good!
What's the catch? Well, to see the map in BaseCamp, you first need to load the map onto a compatible device eg Oregon, and then plug the device into the PC.
Or, if no compatible device, you'll need to get yourself a copy of MapSource and GMapTool (both free). Load the map into MapSource (I'll post instructions if needed) and it will then be accessible in BaseCamp.
