You cannot blame TT or Sat Nav in general for this
It just represents the sad state of some peoples mind these days
I always think "do I really want to drive in to that" before heading straight in to the deep - in the trust that my mind will return "no, that would be stupid"

Aw come on! Didn't you read the titles at the top of the page? "UK Spoof News and Satire". And the article was so off the wall, you couldn't possibly think we were meant to take it seriously. I mean, we're all by now quite accustomed to your springing to TT's defence, but really, for this? _________________ Dennis

I made it clear it was people blaming sat nav in general I am feed up with - not specifically TT, so please refrain for making unwelcome comments. I do not "spring to TTs defense" - only to the defense of what I think is right. Unlike some people, I CAN be happy with something! I don't enjoy moaning for the sake of it like some (no names!)
If it was a spoof, then so be it - with most journalism today there is no difference! _________________ TomTom Go Live 6100, 600

I cannot believe the title was not read:
TomTom outageforcing users to drive themselves into rivers.
Thereby in defence of xtraseller - I support his stance, after all we should all have the right (even if we choose not to execise that right), to drive ourselves into situations when the satnav fails
