Live Traffic M40 Not!

Live Traffic is not picking up the M40 northbound incident between J11 and J12 this evening.

40 minute delay showing on the http://www.trafficengland.co.uk/ traffic flow website and having passed the incident myself southbound, I was surprised not to see the 8 miles of tailbacks not showing on TomTom Live.

How can Live Traffic miss a large delay like this which has been in place since at least 17-15pm due to the lage numbers of Police present at the scene of the incident?

It seems to be clearing now though looking at traffic cameras.
