I vist hospitals all over the UK, (transplant organs, transplant patients and surgical teams).

I keep a list of hospitals in the pocke pc's contact software, I enter this via Microsoft Outlook on my desktop PC.

Its simple then to look up the hospital and select the navigate to option. This then starts TomTom navigator, which acts as though you have typed the address in manually.
