I've deleted your other post on same subject.
Can you tell me what it says for Server and Device versions?
Found under Settings / Manage Cameras in CamerAlert. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi darren... I deleted the app that i tried to update and reinstalled it is picking up cameras now as it was before update. The current version i have says server 9.041 (28799) and device 7.101 926806) i get the message at start up saying to take care i am not using the latest version. A little wary of trying to update again not sure if it would allow mw to either! Very impressed with the app even if i am not running the latest version. thanks for your help |

Hi, that all sounds much better. It's very very rare for there to be any issue when updating so don't be afraid of doing so. Our subscribers can update twenty times a day if they wish and I can recall only 3 or 4 issues where an update has failed and resulted in an issue like yours.
I've reset your free download count - please do update once again, and check that the version numbers match for confirmation. _________________ Darren Griffin |
