Hi

Anyone know of either a small Pocket PC app that will log long / lat and time from my gps. Has to take the signal from a Fortuna GPSmrt BT but I can connect by cable or BT so no problems there.

What I want is a simple app that logs the details to a csv or tab delimited file on the pocket PC so I can view later via GPSVisualizer

I know tomtom can do it but TomTom records things as a .pgl file and GPS Visualizer doesn't have a filter. So a PGL to csv filter program would do the same thing for me.

A .PGL file is raw NMEA sentences (assuming you're not running in SiRF mode) with five TomTom specific sentences at the beginning. If you hack off those lines in a text editor, you've then got raw NMEA.

Be aware that raw NMEA leads to fairly large files fairly quickly - TomTom doesn't use any compression.
