|
|
Hi
Since early this morning the Home icon on my Mac tool bar has indicated that an application update is being downloaded. I've rebooted, both the mac and the 1000, but it's still insisting an update is being downloaded.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
Thanks |

Is it a green down arrow on the MTTH icon or a yellow vertical bar? _________________ David |

It's actually a blue down arrow. The settings option has also been greyed out. |

What software version are you on currently?
I'm on v10.022 and I am not being shown an "update available" icon. |

Sorry, I completely mis-read your post!
I thought you were actually being offered an update, but it looks like the new Home (or should we say "My TomTom" now?) is just playing up as badly as the old Home used to! |

Think you'll find that even though the 'Settings' seems greyed out, you can double click on it and see (and make changes) to the choice in the various tabs.
Also, do you have the latest Adobe Flash installed on your computer (Home Online will not recognize your unit as connected without it). _________________ David |
