Please someone help me out.
I have a new Satmap Active 10 plus, which refuses to connect to the computer.
I have downloaded from the satmap website, sat sync and update software.
I have also spoken to them regarding a driver for the unit, which I have installed.I have checked in device manager and the drivers are up to date, but still no luck.
I have tried the unit with the same downloaded software on an XP laptop, and it all works fine.
What if anything am I doing wrong ?
Please help a new member to the forum, all help very much appreciated.
