Come on TT I know there's always a delay for the Operate my Go/Tom Tom to work after a Home Update, but I'm still waiting days after released/installed. Crying or Very sad

Still not functioning; anyone else have this grief.
May have to roll back to earlier version of TT Home in absence of TT update.
Idea

I have not seen this before after a Home update but only after a Go application update. I did not think there had been any application updates for the x20 for a while.

To peasemore:

If the application installed on your 720 is 8.351, then Home's emulator should work just fine. If you have any higher version, then it's not appropriate for your 720 (unless you have a Work model). And that may explain why 'Operate my Unit' doesn't work....

Yes that's what's on my TT 720.
I know in past update to TT Home does lag by a few days before "Operate" function via desktop will work.

At moment it's greyed out.

TT Help pages suggested more waiting:
Each time an application update is released for your device, TomTom HOME downloads a small additional file that enables the Operate My Device function.

The supporting file may not always be available immediately after the release of a new application. In this case you will see the message below:
Your device does not support etc

Confused

May I suggest this.......

Download the FREE version of Revo Uninstaller from here:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

and completely uninstall Home.

Then, download and install Home from here:
http://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6133/kw/Home%20software

Do a pin reset on the 720 and reconnect to Home. See if the emulator works now.

Thanks DHN; you're up very early aren't you!
Twisted Evil

Besides TT Home there's also a prog called TT Home Visual Merge Studios;
does that go to?

Done as suggested, but still greyed out; raised a ticket on TT.
