|
|
I have just subscribed to the PocketGPSWorld camera database and installed it on my new Go 750. I have the Live services for the next 12 months. I want to turn off the supplied Live cameras and only use the PocketGPSWorld cameras. Is this possible?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Kenny |

Usually it's along the lines of tap the screen, LIVE Services, Safety Alerts, Disable Alerts |

On my XL LIVE which has similar (but not the same) menus I disable the updates, disbale all the warnings for all the different individual warnings and then disable the global warnings.
I have noticed that after connecting to HOME the global warning gets enabed again (only every now and then) so turning off the individual warnings stops them coming back on again.
You can also use HOME to remove all of the TT camera files, just don't download them again the next time you use HOME to update them. |

Just remove the TomTom Safety camera files from the device using Windows Explorer - If they are not present the device shouldn't update them and they won't alert you to anything as they are not on the device - Mike |
