TomTom Main Menu.

I would like to change the old TomTom Main Menu I have to the new one version ie with the new symbols. I have a TomTom that has this so is there any way to copy/transfer it from my new one onto my older 730.

It is possible to do this but it doesn't look very good if you try it!

First of all create the custom menu text, but this time you need to add in the file name of each bmp icon:

Save the above text as TomTom.mnu and put it in the SDKRegistry folder on the device along with all the bmp files, if you want to try it send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will send you over the bmp files which will save you some time getting screen captures and cutting them up in photo shop! - Mike
